 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Price for the AC installiation was the best out of other three companies I contacted. The other AC companies either did not offer the well known brand for AC or the price was more for specifications offered by the AC such as tons, seer, or cooling capacity. Tim also ordered the specific AC series I wanted for Goodman. Also I thought Tim was only going to install the AC with the base and coil. However, he also added new thermostat. Another AC company wanted to charge extra for new thermostat.  The work was done quickly and they cleaned after themselves well. It toke them roughly 3 hours to finish work.  The only thing I did not like was that he said that he was going to cancel my order because I could not reply him back quickly through text. Even though I confirmed with him that he can pick up check for payment from my house a day before installation. I just could not text him back specific time he can pick up the check quickly due to work reasons and personal schedule. He did apologise for it and I could understand why he wanted to make sure I pay for it. I am sure it would be business loss for him If I canceled the order when the AC was being delieverd.And I am sure he had other customers who promised to pay and cancelled the order. Also I liked the fact that he checked back on how AC was working.

I called him out of the blue yesterday about an unrelated issue but he was too busy to come out. Instead he spent a half hour of non billable time on the phone talking me through how to fix the problem myself! I had some issues with a new furnace and spent several days contacting other companies trying to get someone to come out and get my heat running. Luckily I stumbled upon Roberts Heating and Cooling ad. I sent a text around 5 or 6 pm and they immedietly responded to my inquiry and was able to fit me in the following morning. They arrived on time and even sent a courtesy text 30 minutes prior to arriving.  In less than an hour my heat was up and running.  Prices were reasonable and affordable and I will highly recommend Roberts Heating and Cooling to all my friends and neighbors. If I ever have any future issues with my HVAC system, Roberts Heating and Cooling will be the only company I call.  Do not make my mistake by calling the larger companies and going without heat/ac for days while waiting for them to return or respond to your calls. I wasted 4 days expecting the larger corporate HVAC brands to even respond to my inquiry. Don't make my mistake. Save your time and money and contact Roberts Heating and Cooling first.
